Quartz glass sheet: ＜ 10.0MPa, tempered borosilicate glass cylinder: ＜ 1.0MPa, quartz glass cylinder: ＜ 1.6Mpa. The allowable temperature of glass is less than 60 ℃ ~ 100 ℃
